We are not a factory. We are a small family operation in a quiet rural area with almost no farming or chemicals around us. Our bees forage the old-fashioned way on natural land. Every jar is harvested by hand, never heated, never pressured, just lightly filtered so the pollen and nutrition stay where they belong.
This is honey the way your great-grandparents would have eaten it. Pure. Honest. Limited.
Honey is one of the most adulterated foods on the shelf, and there is little real regulation of what ends up in a jar. We wanted pure honey for our family and friends, something we knew was not cut with water, corn syrup, or rice syrup.
We have the time, and we like taking the time to do this right.

When I was a kid, my grandfather’s cough syrup was simple. Honey, lemon juice, and a splash of whiskey. It worked then. Real honey still works now.
